Q: I made my first deposit and I want to claim my match bonus. How do I do that?

A: Log in to your account and go to the cashier section. After making a deposit, click on the “Bonus” link or button and enter the appropriate code of the bonus you wish to redeem. For the codes, you may go to the Promotions link at the top of this page for references.

Q: I received an email saying I can redeem my free spins but I don’t know how. Please help me.

A: The process is similar to claiming your deposit match bonus. Just log in to your account and click on the “Cashier” section. From the Cashier section, click on “Bonus” and enter the appropriate code provided in your email. Once you have entered the bonus code, another prompt will ask for the ‘Invite’ code. This should also be available to you on your email. After providing the necessary information, click on “Claim” button to get your reward.

Reminder: When entering codes, you have to be very careful as some characters may look like a number though it is not or vice versa.

Q: Where do I find my free spins?

A: Make sure to keep the email notification for the free spins as you may need it. After you have redeemed your bonus code and invite code from the Cashier section, you will be advised on your account of the number of free spins available and which games you can use it on. On the game Lobby at the upper right hand side, you should see a search bar that will allow you to enter a search item. Enter the name of the game indicated on your email. That is the game that will allow you to use your free spins.

Q: Why was my deposit rejected?

A: Some of the reasons why deposits get rejected are errors on details provided or details don’t match. To check, make sure that your name does not include a title like Mr. or Dr. and others. Also check the address on your credit card; it should be the same address on your registration. Please be careful as one missing letter can cause an error. Contact your bank to make sure you have sufficient funds and confirm other details with them. The verification code at the back of your credit card should be entered correctly. You may also try depositing on other games to see if there is any difference. Or try entering the exact amount on the system like $50.25 instead of $51. Another is to try depositing at a different time of the day in case it is a technical issue on our side.
